Acceptance

By using Tien Len ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

Tien Len is a digital card game based on the Vietnamese game "Tien Len" (Thirteen). The App provides single-player and multiplayer gameplay, matchmaking, leaderboards, and related features.

Accounts

You may create an account using a device identifier and optional passkey. You are responsible for your account activity. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or violate any laws.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Use automated tools to interact with the service.
• Harass other players or use offensive display names.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will be free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
